Vic: Police hunt man in underwear

Police have arrested two women and are hunting a half naked man .. after finding a
suspected illegal drug laboratory in a hotel room in Melbourne's north overnight.

Firefighters were called to a fire in a room at the Rydges Bell City Hotel in Preston
shortly before midnight .. where police found precursor chemicals believed to be used
for making amphetamines.

Before they arrived .. neighbours reported seeing the man flee in his underwear.
