Getting Union Station back on track

The clock in the concourse at Union Station has read 2:51 for at least a quarter century. No one really knows when it stopped.

Inside this cavernous structure, time has literally stood still. Once a symbol of Springfield's envious status as the crossroads of New England, he historic landmark has been the subject of much debate, but little action.
